The LIFTKIT is a vertical positioning system for operating range extension of a Universal Robot. It is a ready to install system including a telescopic pillar, controller and software plugin for Universal Robots (UR Caps).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Ready to run in 30 minutes. Attach the robot to the pillar, plug in the cables and install the UR Caps plugin.

• Axis positioning is directly accessible in the UR Polyscope environment

• The maximum stroke range available ranges between 500 mm to 900 mm with a compact retracted height.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The installation process is simple and with few steps the system is ready to go:
1. Unbox the SLIDEKIT and fix it on the installation area
2. Mount the cobot on the carriage using the attachment holes (for any UR cobot size)
3. Connect the cables easily by matching the numbers on cables and box
4. Connect the SUB and install the URCaps plugin
5. Enable the communication in the installation tab
6. perform the one-time homing on the SLIDEKIT
7. Ready to play!
